I don't know what to say. He doesn't understand the law, he can't do elementary arithmetic, and there's two reasons to sack him even if you agreed with his idealogical position, which is... well, words fail me. "Loathesome" isn't strong enough. Apparently date rape isn't serious, and rape that doesn't involve violence isn't serious.
