It's been a good week...
Oct. 12th, 2003 11:59 amWork was - well, work and therefore not fun. Heres a ( bit of a work rant )
but it was alright really. No worse than last week certainly.
Then there was the pub, which was nice, and synthetic, which was lame. I feel diddled - I was promised Adam and the Ants damnit! I wouldn't even have gone, but we had a power cut so the original plan of staying in and going bleaurgh in froont of a video failed. Still, someone was upset because I was wearing a jacket. Now, if someone were upset because my trousers were so tight they could see things they didnt want to see, I'd think they had a point (and they'd know I have one, ahahaha, the laughs just never stop when you're puerile enough), but frankly anyone that gets upset over my choice of jacket clearly deserves it. Unless they're epileptic and my outfit set them off I suppose. So anyway, I think that constitutes a good deed.
Meanwhile, I got back in touch with Daisy, who is small and fluffy and lovely and has a big red coat. So if any of you lovely people sees her looking lost in the S&G on friday, be nice. And if any of you not so lovely people sees her, direct her to one of the lovely people.
My knees hurt less this week. Either the magic pills are kicking in, or exercise is good for them, or possibly both. Hmmm, that would suggest being hit with big sticks is good for you.
Which reminds me, I have to go to practise and feel unhealthy again. Maybe annoying newbie will be there and I can hit him with something Maybe this time I can avoid spending all day fighting Micky, who is twice my size. Its a bit wearing when every single parry has to be full power.
hmm, lunchtime.
