so yeah, whats been going on then?

There's been an awful lot of the latest ( buffy and angel ) around recently.
My Grandad died. It was the way he probably would've wanted to go really. Had his going out party, followed up with a heart attack. Left his ex wife in a huge tizz.
Still, it's a bit sad that I can't get to the funereal ceremony thing. He was cremated on tuesday, but the ceremony was left to tomorrow. It's in the south of France.
erm....
Had a works do yesterday. It was as you'd expect. We went to the mad greek. It was shit. The food was perhaps worth a fiver, it cost 20+ quid. Fortunately, while ambling away from it, I ran into Agent_Greige in the dev cat, which was nice. Then ambled on to gloominati. What can I say? It was dead, it was bleepy, it was terrible. When the sisters and 99 red balloons are the musical high points you know it's not good.
Overall though, I was happy.
Tonight we have had a ceilidh. As these things go it was not so good. Fairly few people, not much dancing for me.
Tomorrow, I shall mostly be shopping for silly presents, then donning big hair and many clothes before going to see Tigertailz and Zodiac Mindwarp. Oh, and some shortarse in a a jar. How come Superfluffy comes back on this night and misses this gig? Foolish superfluffy!
