aumentouNews still depressing, but not as bad as jobs pages. Only a few things actually available.
1) admin / clerical
2) secretarial
3) sales
4) phoning people up
5) driving
6) plumbing, electricianing etc.
7) teaching
8) care
9) steel work
I appreciate that 9) is a bit of a lucky bonus, but it's 5 years relevant experience seemingly the benchmark... in fact, everything requires experience except sales and temp work. Nice. If I ever want a good job, I'm going to have to move cities. *sigh*
On the bright side, I walked home at dusk and it was magic.
