The thing is, in terms of sheer speed, Malmsteen probably is the best. Unfortunately, this means he doesn't spend too much time working out whether it will be interesting or not, he just widdles really quickly and expects you to sit back in amazement. It works for a while, and then you can't be arsed any more.
does he cover classical music soemti,es? think i heard soem of his stuff once. We went guitar shopping today. i was able to contribute thinsg like "shiny!" "thats out of tune" and "dont like it" to the discussion, so clearly it was very useful for me to be there.
