I'm not fooling around I came out of work at 5.45 and above me was a huge menacing cloud, that was bizarrely orange tinted. Off to my right the sky was incredibly fresh and blue. The result was that all the detail on the buildings really stood out, the minging grey concrete looked pinky-purple and everything white seeemed to glow.
Ace.

Yeah, there was a lovely faded-photograph effect to everything around twilight. I'd've taken a photo, but I didn't expect anything to come out right.

It is ace when that happens. I quite like it when there is a really dark moody sky, but sunlight is hitting the close scenery with full force. Works equally well on trees and buildings, you just gat a really rich contrast.

The colours were so weird on Devonshire St, I had to come out and look at what was causing it :) It was so pretty! I thought it was going to snow! (which the weather forecast now says it may well do!)
